If I could rate a minus star I would. Spoken to over 20 people in the past month and a half, only 1 ever called back or responded after feedback was waiting. A month later they call to say they are on their way then never show, three days in a row. Technician finally gets here to fit the pump, 5hours later he breaks the machine and does not turn on anymore, has to take it in to workshop. Get promised a rental machine, 3 times they specify a date that they will bring it, all three dates passed and we are still without rental and without our own machine. Really dissappointed given that they are an accredited kloppers provider. Ive taken it up with kloppers that they should not be on the list.
I just want to thank adri. She really assisted me well. On whatsapp and even on Friday. Although it was an public holiday they were stil friendly and responded with good news. Just want to say keep it up. We need more like you.
Worst services ever!!! They do not answer the phone. Our washing has been with then for 2 weeks. Every time the answer is the they have to open the machine and look…. They are working on it. This is ridiculous!! I have asked them 3 times to please phone me and tell me what is going on the two days later i have to phone them because they do nothing….
Please don't use them, unless you want to be frustrated by bad service. Second call for the same problem leaking washing machine and still not resolved. Technician always in a rush and clearly not trained to do the job. I have emailed Defy and requested they use another service centre. It's sad that we have to settle for bad service in South Africa, but they think they doing you a favour.
The worst service on earth, I ordered oven elements, was promised they will be in 3three days time, it's the 3rd week now, no communication nothing. I called they said it will be there tomorrow, no call nothing, unprofessionalism at its best.
Pathetic service. Washing machine came back with more problems, took the machine back more than once , everytime came back with more issues. No feedback from their staff. Just terrible
Poor poor service. Took my tv in for a assesment after loadshedding on sunday. Phoned on thursday only to hear it is allready repaired without even asking if it can be . My wife phone the owner and told him to have spares remove so we can go pick it up on friday at one. Got there at one spare still not removed.
Poor customer service....Staff and management lie to their clients. Been waiting for technician to attend to my washing for 3weeks then on last minute friday afternoon at 17h00 am told technician got stuck with petrol on his way to place. Poor customer service!!!! Nobody cares about anything at this shop. They should just close down.
Very bad service I took my TV for screen relacement instead they replaced my power pc board. I called them after I took my TV to other TV repairs in Welkom that the PC board inside not mine hence they couldn't find the matching screen. The funny thing is I had to call everyday for follow up and they keep telling me they're awaiting feedback and they will get back to me.
