Absolutely pathetic service! Delivery was late, with some products not received. It's been more than two weeks and we are still waiting for product and our refund.

No service. Unfriendly staff that does not greet.

I have been waiting for 20 minutes!!! to cut a 2.5 armoured cable!!!@ All clients that came in after me has been helped within 5 minutes. Is this really the quality of service??? I am so disappointed and will make sure the community is informed about my experience

If you would like to waste a day of your life please visit Midrand branch, 5 people behind the counter with only one assisting 2 clients in store. After the frustrating and unprofessional service received from the sales person you can wait the rest of the day just for a wire to becut and received

If you want to waste your time go to them you'll wait 30 min for 1 item can't imagine ordering a few things from them.

This Voltex is amazing guys, it's situated in a nice quiet area and it have got a lot of parking space, no long queues, they olso practice social distance

Have been waiting for months for a refund which they confirm on email a month later that the products were defective. Refund confirmation email received on 9 December 2020. Edward Relu was the salesman and person supposed to process the refund.

Service is poor

Bad service walked out before I was helped
