Avoid at all costs! Used this rental company when my sister got into a car accident and they harassed my sister for payment even though her insurance company was managing the claim. They demanded we pay out of pocket for the rental and when we refused, they came and took the rental back. We were able to get a new rental with a reputable company through our insurance luckily the same day. Had they worked with our insurance company and had an ounce of patience, the experience may have been better…

I rented from Elegant for one month due to my car accident. They were able to accommodate dropping off a rental and picking it back up since I have a small child that has special needs which really helped me. Great customer service! Thank you guys!

Extremely bad service, never recomended anyone. On Nov 18, 2022 , I had an accident and I took a rental car from the gentleman name - Paras, he made a video of car, click pictures of car before renting. Today Nov 29, 2022, I went to their car rental, there was a different gentleman there and doing post-inspection of car. After inpection, his tone was aggresive, unprofessional, and told me either give me 15 or 20 dollars because gas level is lower than they noticed on papers or give a positive review online. I said , first check the gas level it was similar Before renting, the screen display 79 km fuel remaining , after , it displays approximately same- 70 km fuel remaining. Then, he said there is a tiny crack at the windsheild, I said check the video and pictures, Paras clicked before renting the car, he had no answer. He insisted me to give a postive review online forcefully. I told man, i hate the way you talk to me and I donot wanna waste the valuable time for 15 or 20 bucks, take this money and read the review next time. Honestly, their service is terrible. I was recomended by someone but i personally never recomended anyone.
I took the rental from here when I involved in accident. They help me out with everything from day 1 and they deal with the insurance company directly and i didn’t get any problem . Shubh was the guy who helped me through my rental process . I highly recommend everyone to come and try this rental company.
i gf got an accident so tow guy give me that rental company at starting they did well but after then they demand money from her. also when we ask them to keep car for 1 week he ask us to send 500$ so we sent them but next day they came to her work and took car from her even she paid 500$ for extra 1 week.
During my rental experience I was dealing with Shubh. He is a very honest and excellent guy. Communication was great with him. Shubh is very inclusive and provided me a great custom service.
