Not a good experience, overpriced and the girl that helped me messed up and did a horrible job. I don't recommend.

I have gone for a lash lift but it didnt curl how it supposed to and when i wanted to pay on my card say is R250 but when i wanted to pay it was R320 , i would not recommend element spa

It's okay. It's waay too expensive for simple overlay gelish. Still can't believe I paid R220 for gelish on my natural nail. This place is overpriced, even Sorbet is cheaper

Excellent staff and great food

Aweful the therapists whispered to each other throughout our treatment. Room was freezing cold. No pressure with massage even though we asked for more. Very poor. Would not recommend.

I booked 10 sunbed sessions...only went for 4...complained x2 bulbs not working the first ...on return they where replaced but i burnt a solid line where that bulbs where replaced...told them about it thinking it would be sorted on my next visit and the same happened...also not friendly staff!!!i have sunbed sessions left but i wont return and nobody has contacted me to follow up as other places normally do!
