Easy to locate. Great reception area love the atmosphere. The apartment had such an amazing view and the rooms are nicely spacious. One critic is that the rooms didn't have any soap and towels not even one on the beds. Soaps and towels are hotels essential basic needs. When I engaged with the cleaning staff they weren't bothered about issuing us with such.I hope when I do come back we receive better service.

Place didn't look like the place online. They pictures of the place are old, need to be updated. We had no hot water every morning of our stay. Had to bath with cold water for two mornings Cockroaches come out at night, had to clean out my bag for Cockroaches. Made my night a living hell. Not sure if I'll go back again Rooms: They need to be up to date. Half of the channels didn't work on the TV. TV is old. Rooms need fumigation. Need to get more hot water

The most unacceptable and useless service ever! After moving to a third room we still didn't have an air-conditioning that works. No warm water through the night. Cockroaches all over and everywhere. Staff is so rude and clearly uncappable of doing their work. A lot of promises was made for our problems to be solved but after almost 4 hours waiting, we clearly saw that nothing will be done to resolve the matter. They refused any refund and or any plan for us to get it. We will definitely make sure as many people possible know about this terrible place and to make sure they don't go there. Never again!!!!!!

Affordable rates The hotel offers nice and affordable accommodation. It was clean when we got here and linen was clean too. The room looked like what i saw when i booked. The pool was clean and water beautiful as ever which was amazing as I was traveling with kids. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The place is dirty and not well maintained. The entrance stairs are wobbly, the passageways are dirty. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, the rooms have cracks everywhere. The bathroom is a health hazard with broken taps and cold water. The generator does not work, linen was dirty I would definitely not recommend abyone to stay there. Never going back there again. Health inspectors really need to visit that place

This hotel has lost its standard. Yes, it is affordable and its location is very convenient however it is no longer attractive inside, even from the entrance. Cockroaches are all over the place, from the rooms to the restaurant. I was very much disappointed , I don't think I will ever set foot there again. Health inspectors need to pay a visit there as a matter of urgency and check the place, otherwise, they will have a serious problem. I can't be running after cockroaches in the rooms and at the restaurant , it's very very WRONG. The water in the shower takes forever to get warm. They even bring uncleanliness towels and the couch it's very dirty.

DISGUSTING is an understatement!!! Finished a whole pack of alcohol Wipes trying to clean up a bit. The stench! Wish I had my own bedding , one of my kids woke up with pink eye! all "bad" reviews are true! Wish I had read before booking! Service: 1/5

We are very disappointed with what we got. We've been here before and the service this time around was horrible. The room was dirty, stains on the linen, the bed was uncomfortable and it wasn't what we requested. There was hair all over the room and the cockroaches were just too much. The drain in the shower seemed blocked, there was no extra toilet paper, no hot water tap for the dasin and no stopper. The aircon was not working awoa. Worst decision we've ever made regarding a hotel stay. I'm just glad we didn't bring our kids along they would be traumatized.

Wonderful experience and beautiful room but let's advice our restaurant stuff to cover their heads. Especially those who are serving the massRooms: 5/5
