So rude, Johan Du Plessis! I was sent on the 21 February by an institution that I work for I accidentally forgot the card and was to go back for the R65 payment and the documentation, did this man not come and throw the R65 invoice at the office and say he will not run after me as if this was a personal visit and he had been trying to get a hold of us. So So rude

The staff is always fast, efficient and very professional. I've been going with this pharmacy for years and am particularly impressed with their procedure and protocol during lockdown. However, the delivery service needs to be as efficient and the rest of the staff. 7 hours is too long to wait for medication especially when it's a desperate situation.

They very busy but also very helpful and sympathetic,  also thanks to Johan du Plessis had to go back for a second script he helped us quickly,  my husband is in a lot of pain etc,  we could get away quickly really appreciated their good service  Thank you

Very friendly and helpful floor managers. I bought supplements only to realize that I could have taken 2 for half price. A week later I went back and explained my mistake. I was assisted immediately. Use to go the pharmacy as their service was not bad, but went for my Covid shot there. I went back as there were some advice I needed about a symptom that was not on their pamflet and recently came to light in the news. I was also confused about things that O saw online. I was referred to Elaine  the person who administered the jab and asked my questions. I could she was annoyed and with my other questions related to the jab she swore at me in front of the people in the pharmacy. I found it very unprofessional and will report to them to the relevant association that they fall under. Rather go to Sentrum, I received the information and assistance I needed there.

They are always so friendly and helpfull. If they don't have something, they will go out of their way to get/order it for you.

Very pleased with my visit here. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even tho there was a que the wait was not long, got served and was helped by a very friendly and professional assistant. Will be returning to them.
