Extremely Poor service. At the shop twice to enguire about a 2,8kv generator pull start spare. Also phoned them 4 times. A week later on my last personell visit to order spare again. No feedback and no spare. The sales agent told me he cc the boss as well. Looks like boss is NAVI as well. Total waiting period 3 weeks. Everyone working there has no iterest or urgency. They are like goverment employees and clock watchers. No after sales service. Next generator will definitely not be a ellies one.
Fast and friendly service with staff everywhere to assist. Has a big variety on audio & visual accessories and reasonably priced.
