Awful service, they have had my overlocker for over a month it went in for a service now apparently the feeder is broken after their technician worked on it and now they can't fix it! What was a minor service has turned into a nightmare with no follow ups, no answers and no customer support! Still don't know what is happening or when I'm getting it back! Pathetic do not take your machines there!
