Emnotweni Sun In Nelspruit

Had such an amazing experience at this hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious with multiple options that caters for all. The room was comfortable with a desk, fridge and coffee station, cleaned spotless bathroom including bath and shower. Staff went over and beyond with efforts to get spray for bites and giving a dental kit when I forgot tooth paste. Highly recommend.

Southern sun is my second home. Amazing place indeed. Great place for kids, they even provide baby cot and organize a babysit of you need it and have baby chairs if you need it. If you have a family. It is a great place to be.Rooms: 4/5

Christmas buffet was underwhelming I expected more than what was served things like fish, roasted chicken, spinach roasted vegetables were missing your currystew needs some improvement I ended up eating pap and curry gravy that's all. Your staff at the reception are excellent friendly and respectful big up to them Rooms: 5/5

It's in a very good location,there is a mall opposite the hotel you can walk. The workers are very helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. The pool isn't too deep. Prefect Rooms: 5/5

I went there to have dinner and watch the world cup as we had loadshedding in our area. The buffet was not appetizing. However, the trout from the menu was fantastic. The service was very good. Food & drinks: The choice of fillet steak and trout was excellent. They need to improve their buffet.

Excellent location and great service. Rooms were up to standard and the hotel has a lovely garden, pool etc. Unfortunately the kids play area was dirty and the dinner buffet extremely disappointingRooms: 4/5

Wonderful place, good rooms and fantastic breakfast.

I always stay in this hotel. After a rocky start and speaking to Michelle what followed was nothing but an absolute pleasant experience. It was a typical 4star experience if not better. I could not believe the switch, every department I walked into, they knew me by name, provided me with an exceptional service. I found everyone very business appropriate and always ready to serve. Now, that is the difference between a silver and black frequent guest. I would not be anywhere else in Nelspruit. Thank you for leading the team to provide world class guest experience.

Alot of network issues... can not connect to wifi as it's constantly down and very power Cellphone network. Overall goodRooms: 3/5
