It does take care of the people's needs

The people in charge are hardworking but the people below such as clerks have terrible service. The ladies in room 27 dealing with protection orders are heartless and the worst people I have met, they treat old ladies with such disdain and disrespect. They need to assess how their staff is handling the community. I spent hours waiting for staff to be in the mood to do work they are paid for.

I was at the Traffic department in Empangeni, licecing of vehicles. The staff is always friendly and helpful, thank you to all of you who walk the extra mile and always try to explain in a friendly manner if something is not up to standard and a special thanks to the supervisor who always work with your staff with no attitude what so ever - please send the staff from Richards Bay for training so they can realise we the public is also humans. Thank you for the opportunity yo say thank you.

Too busy with no social distancing. Toilets is a very bad condition. Not enough seating areas and benches.

The guy who is working at small claim court is not doing his job properly ...i have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes from 9h00 early he waa no where to be found

Condition of the building and staff attitude was terrible. Everything you would expect from a South African government institution. No sense of pride for anything.
