This place is well kept and the service is fine except the rudeness of the staff.According to my daughter whom I was with, one of the staff members who was assisting her was rude even though she does not know her. She even told her to go back to Durban where she stay to collect her child's birth summary.But this is the treatment we receive in most of the public clinics and hospital and you need not complain otherwise you and your family will be targets
The facility services is poor patients are left stranded on the queue while so called nurses doing nothing except cheating to each other
Emplilisweni clinic is a nice place to work and secure also a clean company
