Flowers are beautiful and fresh. Staff very helpful and kind. Advise buyers on how to keep flowers fresh for long. The best place to buy fresh flowers. Wednesday is their busiest day. Baby's breath only delivered to Engelke on a Wednesday. You'll be lucky to find Baby's breath at Engelke late Saturdays.
I contacted them twice about an order I wanted to place. The person who answers the phone is so condescending and I don’t think she realises because she did it both times. I took my business somewhere else because clearly they don’t need it. I came here because I wanted to see other people’s experiences and interesting to see I’m not the only one who had this experience. I got what I wanted with better service in canal walk.
Friendly staff, well priced flowers
Very good value for money, fresh flowers, and a wonderful range of flowers. Unfortunately the staff are not helpful. When you walk in there are employees in the front, but they don't ask if you need help, you walk in to the cooler, and if you want more information on prices, or on the flowers itself then you have to try and find someone to assist. I have been there a few times and this is always the situation. I think if they sort out this issue they will definitely get a 5 star rating from me
Staff are unpleasant and unhelpful, and the price of roses is the same as Woolies, except that WW gives you flower food.... So when I was there yesterday I decided I would not be back in a hurry. However, today the roses are already wilting so I DEFINITELY would not buy here again. Most disappointing and a waste of money. I regret buying 2 bunches of roses...
