Pathetic service. A woman helping me didn't know where the cars battery was, how to check the water. She didn't listen about pumping the tyres, just wondered off to chat to the cashier. Another gentleman landed up doing what I'd asked her and I eventually filled the windscreen wiper bottle myself. I spend at least 15 minutes trying to get help and she just didn't care. The garage was quiet so there was no reason for the wait or lack of service, just plain laziness and lack of responsibility in doing her job

Shocking service as usual the only reason anybody in the area uses this engen is its placement sadly . I have in fact driven past my house to use other garages in the area because they so useless.the owners should go back to the hole they came from your service is Shocking.
I actually loath coming here as it is never a great experience. Prefer Hennie Alberts one. I had to wait a long time before I was served, but that was not my main problem. On exiting I battled to see oncoming cars in the lane closest to the garage because management had placed a gas sign too close to the curb obstructing the view. I then battled to get the attention of an attender to request that they move it as it was a hazard. Eventually I got his attention and he fobbed me off. So I drove around again to pull up next to him to ask why he fobbed me off when I was pointing out a hazard to motorist and his clients. He told me his manager won't allow the sign to be moved, he wants it there. So clearly there have already been complaints. So I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was at home, while already walking away from me. I called after him that I wanted a number to phone The manager. Just then the supervisor arrived at my car, or so I presumed as he did not introduce himself and I had to ask. He told my the same sorry excuse that it could not be moved as management wanted it there. I said stuff management it is a danger to your customers. He just walked away before I could finish my sentence. There is going to be an accident there but clearly they don't care about the safety of their customers only about making money. Last time they will see me there..
Lots of potholes making it hard to park so I can buy from the shop, especially after rain and you can’t tell the potholes that are very deep are there
Oh my goodness, the manager of this place is so disgustingly arrogant and WILL argue with you. No respect. I feel sorry for the people under his authority.
Extremely unfriendly owners. I will advice anyone to stay away from this Engen. My wife was treated like a criminal when she realized that she left her wallet at home, and tried to make a arrangement with management for the diesel she had put in . The old lady then just plucked her phone from her as if she was scared she would run away, although she was carrying my 10 month old son with her. This can happen to anyone especially to a mother with a small baby who is deprived of sleep and has to do a thousand things in a day. She then told the unfriendly old owner that it is fine she can keep the phone for security but may she please have it back to lock it first. When she went back she decided to just pay cash and get out of there asap. Even the staff say that it is not nice to work there and you can see this in there level of service you receive. Got here this evening...waited and waited to be attended to. 2 other cars got served before I did despite them coming after me. I regularly filled up here - every 1.5 weeks. Never again!
Pathetic service can't even fill your gas at 16:55, THOUGHT IT CLOSES AT 17:00 AND THAT JAY PERSON IS SO RUDE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Shop had great customer service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the bathrooms aren't very sanitary
