DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH. After my car had been washed I noticed a couple dirty spots on the roof and asked the guy doing the cleaning to wipe them. I hadn't noticed, but there was a little piece of grit stuck on the roof. He proceeded to try scratch it off! I immediately asked him to stop, and realized that the paint had already been scratched - then but also apparently earlier when they were trying to clean it. I pointed this out to the manager, who was INCREDIBLY rude and argumentative, and when asked for a refund due to the damage, he told me to go tell the police if I wanted! My car was scratched - and I even witnessed it, and the owner of the car wash - who ALSO owns the petrol station - was rude, did not apologize and refused to refund me. This behaviors is unacceptable, and I will never support this Engen, and would suggest others don't.
I enjoyed the tasty pastries on a weekend morning on my way to a sporting event
Service is quick. Staff friendly and thorough. Has a convenience store if you get one of those random chocolate or coffee cravings while refuelling.
Friendly staff. Well kept. Manager appears to be present almost all day, everyday
Been going there for years. I just say the usual and the know how much petrol to put in they do the tires windows every thing.
Never answers their phone. Personnel very unfriendly and unhelpful in general. Not customer orientated at all.
Helpful fast staff. Not a massively we'll stocked shop, but it has the normal things.
The traffic can be a bit heavy around the area
