One of my favourite quick stops, friendly fuel attendants , the shop is half shared with woolworths who's always got fresh products. Then there's also a Steers inside the shop. I also regularly go there to refill me empty water containers and on Wednesday it's half price for refills, 50c per litre.
The worst service experience. I sat and waited to be attended to for than 10 minutes. I finally got up and was casually informed by a manager, Frans, that there is only 3 petrol attendants! Seriously? THREE! Do you not want our business?? Pathetic!
Terribly dissappointing. Woolies shelves were empty, cooldrink fridge out of order, all drinks were warm.
Best service, the staff is friendly and always willing to help, they will always have you leaving with a smile on your face.
The Steers' food is not acceptable. I bought Shake it up meal. The milkshake was watery not thick at all, the chips barely had spice on no sachets given either, the burger had no sauce and no lettuce on. This is not the first time I'm disappointed by this Steers.
Engen quick shop is convenient with good service but unfortunately Woolies section is always empty with no variety
