We've always received great service at Flamwood Engen. The petrol assistants are always welcoming and go that extra mile to make your fill up a pleasurable experience.
I will personally report insident regarding not closing petrol tank's inlit after filling up on 9 Sep 2022 at 09:21 by petrol attendee Tebogo. Noticed the open inlit only on arriving in Pretoria later on Friday.... at my destination.
The staff are friendly and always up for a chat. speedy service with a smile. Keep up with the good work. Sometimes i drive all the way from stilfontein to fill up here because the staff make you feel appreciated and are very helpful.
Worst service to buy petrol. So many cars but no service. 2 petrol attendants only at 17:30 today. Went to look for Manager, but he/she had already left. Pathetic.
Worst petrol station. NO service
0/10 will not go there again!! After stopping for petrol and asking spesifically, very clearly how much we wanted, the attendant misunderstood and then argued about it. After explaining to him we had no more money than the amount specified, we asked to call management and they refused to help us. Please do not waste your time going there because they will scam you to get more money. Very dissatisfied with the service we received.
Attendants are always friendly and helpful! My preferred stop.
