Dated -03-02 Time 11:38 Went to Silver Lakes CC when I get there I follow one that was filling then it left I wait at that pump the guy was filling up there just disappeared then i turn around to follow anot one as i was pissed off and in a hurry they just give me bad attitude if is the way they are treating us please let them change their attitude what's annoying is they were busy chatting about soccer arguing to each other but I didn't like their style pls let them change and throw away their attitude what they had done to me I wish not to happen to others coz the owner of that garage is a good guy. I hope next time when going there they will treat me like others.
Had awesome service from Micas. He saw our one tire was prettt flat and pumped it before we could ask. He then made sure it was just flat and not a puncture.
Helpful staff. Standard Engen experience. Nice shop. The car wash is outstanding. Best one in the area. Fast. Enought staff. Well managed. Proper cleaning. Nice garden to wait in. Good value for money.

I Visited Engen filling station on the corner of Lynnwood and Solomon Mahlangu Drives in Pretoria Yesterday 14-05-2023, where I requested that my Vehicle's fuel be filed up and the attendant check the oil; water and Tire pressure for me, as he proceeded to fill my car I visited the convenience store. Once I left the store the petrol attendant told me that there was a leak on one of my vehicles tires, he checked for the leak and attempted to fixed the leak. I informed him that I did not have cash and that I would pay for the fuel along with the attempted repair by card The Fuel amounted to R742.30, and I was told the attempted repair was R70, he took me inside to one of your cashiers who told me I could insert my card and pay for my transactions, as I was about to enter my card into the card machine I saw that the total amounted to R1380.30 I was shocked and asked her what was going on and she told me she made a mistake and added a customer who paid cash to my total, she than asked the petrol attendant for the money and he took it out of his pocket and gave it to her. Secondly after the attempted repair to my vehicles tire I had to take it to a tire specialist to have the botched repair fixed as the tire kept on deflating every few hours where it did not deflate so fast previously.
Treated with total disrespect when I entered shop with my service dog, was told to stand outside to pay for my things. 6th May. I have a trained and certified multi purpose service dog and it was wearing jacket to identify it as a service dog. Total discrimination against the disabled. I will be escalating this matter, should this matter not be addressed. Feel free to contact me, should you require more information regarding the rights of access of service dogs.
Excellent customer service, however a safety concern for customers as there are always beggers bombarding customers especially at night. A nuisance as the beggers almost follow you into the shop and to your vehicle. Staff not really concerned about this. Safety of customers should be a top priority. Please urgently address this.
Freshest bread. Carwash has reasonable prices and the kids playground is a winner whilst your car is being washed.
10 December 13:06 pump no. 6.... Please listen to customer when they say auto stop when filling. Going to another filling station from now. :
This morning 13 Jan 2020 I waited 5min for the petrol attended to help me. When I hooted he said I'm not next to the pump. The attitude is very bad. I drove off to another petrol station instead. Manager on duty please do something urgently
