A wonderful experience both in the store and Wimpy. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my young children. tired and miserable after a very long flight. Fed and watered us within 6 minutes! most impressive!
Thank you for excellent customer service this morning 6 January 2023. Yvonne at the bakery, was so friendly, helpfull and made me and my husband's day. The guy at the pay point, I forgot to get your name, was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. It was the frist time in a very long time that we had such friendly service at any garage. And when I forgot the grandpa's the guy smiled so friendly and made my day all over again. Thank you Yvonne and.... I think they said Themba, for making a day, supposed to be a very difficult day, much more bearable, you guys rock, and keep up the good work, you deserve a gold star for excellent customer service.

Highly recommend GC Gypsey Woolworths grocery delivery, always excellent, professional service! I've ordered items that happened to be out of stock in their store, but they have gone the extra mile to buy my item from another store for me as I had already paid in advance. Always impressed with your kind and personal service. 10/10
Today they can't pour fuel if my fuel flap is on the other side, but when they are busy, they can do it. The double standard does not sit well, rather see a client go, then assisting.
The garage is great but the shop is disappointing- the only shop I know that doesn't round down R59.99 to R59.90. This is only 10 cents but they all add up. Even the till slip shows 1c change.
I went to both Engen which has Woolworths and Wimpy Watermeyer Street....the staff at Engen/ Woolworths is friendly, fast and efficient on the other hand the staff at Wimpy is friendly but slow there was a lot of employees standing around in front of the counter while there were no customers ordering, they were just chatting amongst themselves and our food took long why didnt they help the people preparing our food because they were taking too long and after our food was ready the chubby lady with a lot of piercings was holding our food but not giving it to us just chatting to her colleagues...Service at Wimpy could improve this just wipes their friendliness away because you wait too long unnecessary....we are in the middle of the second wave of the pandemic and do not want to spend too much time at the shops.
Wednesday around 19H00 i past by on my way to nelspruit to fill up my car, they did the service as usually washing my windscreen checking Tyre pressure while filling my car. On my way down to nelspruit i got stucked and got towing company to the nearest garage, and later find out that they filled my car with petrol instead of diesel. CLEARLY SAID TO THE ATTENDANCE AND THE CAP IS MARKED What a big disappointment, I AM NOW STUCKED
Engen fuel lasts longer, I put a full tank went to gauteng came back with a half a tank, did same journey with a different brand of fuel came back at a quarter tank, filled up again at engen came back with half a tank,
