Due to national crises of electricity, I have resorted of using a generator since I am working from home. I have bought a proper petrol can, to use to buy petrol. In two consecutive days, the petrol attendant team refused to assist me. On Wednesday I reported to Engen rap, and he intervened and ordered one of the guy to assist, Today the gentleman by the name of Kabelo, told me in my face that he won't assist me, and he also told me that I can go ahead and report him. I find that behaviour very disturbing, for an employee to bluntly say something, more especially on duty and worse wearing Engen uniform. I need clarity on the correct procedure when it comes to buying petrol using the suitable portable container, as I am exhausted with all the quarrel, I receive from the staff I will also send an email, with pictures of the petrol can, I am using Thank you
I bought the 2 doritos for 38 and 2 R20 pies. This guy claimed that he only punched 1 pack of doritos and wanted to take R20 from my initial change. When I tried to enquire he continued to insist and gave me R10 from my R20 and he was not supose to even take anything. He robbed me R10. If that's how they earn extra Cash on the side.
