Great service, fast and efficient.
I've been a customer for years without problems. Recently while filling up a bowser left my oil cap opened after topping up oil. I understand everybody makes mistakes and this was luckily caught in time. When I laid a complaint the floor supervisor took my details and referred me to the manager, I've been unable to reach the manager despite said floor manager promising I will be contacted by the next day. I've tried calling as well as going onsite to reach the manager to no avail. I will be considering this slippery experience when I need to fill up in future, and I encourage all to consider the same.
Excellent customer service ,I have been filling fuel there for years however what kind of filling station does not have fuel on a regular basis, I was disappointed about 4 times where there was no fuel.
This garage never has petrol when you need it. Has the most horrible service.
Recommendation Engen Garage Stanger Manor, I must salute the staff here, each one carry g their own sanitisers, masks are properly worn and sanitiser is being used in hands and card machines. This is the only garage I've seen doing this in stanger. Credit where it's due big ups to Engen Garage Stanger Manorthank you for caring for your customers and community.
Good service from the staff and no problems with the fuel. The convenience store is good too. Restrooms not recommended tho
Under construction, hoping a new and improved structure that’s cool to hang out and visit for a late snack
