This engen is absolutely ridiculous this is the 4th time that the petrol attendant does not listen to the amount you said they must put and they go over the amount and then u must pay the extra. They need to train they people or get a better pump.
Stopped to fill up on the way back to the lowveld, the staff are great and even noticed my one tyre was almost flat, without me asking they checked for punctures and assisted me with it.
Very efficient service and the staff members have empathy and always keen to assist
They are pathetic!! Don't listen and then you get blamed, the manager is not even manager material
This must be the best Engen petrol station. I have never ever been treated badly or felt unimportant. The staff are always super friendly very helpful. The shop is always clean and always stocked. The only thing I wish they would get is donuts haha.

Good day, I put a r100 into my runabout guage will show 4 liter increments got 5.180 liters, but my guage never moved, I enquired, but the answer was unsatisfactory, so i told them to put another r100, after which i got my r200 fuel. The problem is, the same happened to my wife 13.10.2021, exact same scenario both pump number 5 The manager says its impossible to pump petrol and the computer charges subsequently-without having pumped fuel, but somehow you are managing to do so. Wonder how many other you are catching. And Engen head office hasnt bothered to respond.,
Quick shop can improve. The surrounding area is not well maintained ie. Over grown lawn, tar road in a bad state, haunted buildings makes it not a preferred choice of petrol station. Good friendly service.
Absolutely Love this Petrol station. The staff are so incredibly friendly and on the ball. PHENOMENAL SERVICE. I won't go anywhere else.
