We empower young leaders to make their mark on their community, their country and their world. enke participants develop as socially conscious global citizens and initiate their own community-based development projects, creating change on the issues they care about most

When we talk about Leaders who lack leadership skills ...we talk about Leaders from this programme ...Its been 4 months without any stipend being paid into our account and when we communicate with our leaders we get no response ...I mean what are they there for? And when people get frustrated and raise their concerns they get blocked ...Are we even going to get those Certificate we were told about? Or was it all a lie?
This organization aiii ..I don't knw how did They Qualify for Government project..some many young people were not paid ,they took advantage of young people.I feel like Goverment funds where wasted in this project..
This programme is the perfect example of things going wrong in south africa we cant even join a youth programme without being ripped off still havent gotten paid in full always stories really a big disappointment

This company plays with youth and the communication is just poor, they promise things that they not even going to deliver, there is always delays in payments of Stipend and give lame excuses, there are volunteers who haven't got paid or volunteers are paid short payments....Poor Administration and finance management, their presentation is good and promising but the delivery is poor

Good day My name is veronica Boane. I was in the 2014/15 intake and it was more than amazing,everything was just on point.the program built me and inspired me to be the person that i am today. i am a youth headed and an accountant at city of Johannesburg was it not for the inspiration and motivation that i got from Mr Manchidi i would be part of the socio economic issues that we are currently facing...the ones we are supposed to resolve.the program certificate also made me to become a speaker at some events and people are so amazed at the program.during the program i lost my mom and was left with my younger sister to stay at a shack with no electricity and with no source of income-i never gave up and lost my faith and the teachings i got from enke instead i said i will be somebody and i am going to have a better future where people will admire the person that i am.i also pledged to myself that no child will pass through the things i passed through i will also try my best to help where i can.i don't wanna go deeper but the little that i said hope it inspires others THANKS A LOT I REALLY APPRECIATE THE LIGHT YOU HAVE SHOWN ME YOURS VERONICA
Mismanagement....no payments stipends and no response to emails.
These guys do amazing work. I'm proud to work with them.
