My child got admitted on the 23rd December 2021. The staff was professional and quick to provide the needed assistance. We waited less than 5 minutes to get help at the casualty ward. The children's ward was very clean and decorated with Christmas lights and they played soothing Christmas carols. The sleeper couch in my son's ward was comfortable and we got provided with enough linen for us to feel warm and comfy. The Christmas menu was thoughtful and "Christmassy" including smoked gammon, roasted chicken etc. Overall a pleasant experience and the standard is top notch as expected for any hospital under the Mediclinic group.
Was there for 5 days...best HOSPITAL i have ever been to.even better than all the private ones i have been tothanks to every-body that looked after me.you guys are my heroes!FREINDLY AND PROFESIONAL ALL THE TIME!!!
I went there as my husband conditions was very critical only found out the treatment of patients it's poor on ward D His been tire both hands on his bed they don't feed him thet just left him to die as they already have no haert I bring the food on Sunday I fed him he eat the food I left some Only found that food following week Thursday on his cabinet I throw it away seriously in this Covid Also ask the nurse when last did he eat she responded that he was sleeping the whole day so she didn't want to disturb him so it was clear that he slept on hungry stomach Please someone help me I'm very far to go there and feed him every day
The hospital management is really trying to keep the place clean and secure
This hospital is always crowded especially on the OPD side and the pharmacy. You have to bring your lunch and be prepared to wait.
I took my sister in law there. Probably the newest built government hospital in Mpuhmalanga.
They don’t have good service they told my mom asking for help she’s a drama queen,Nurses are there to help not to judge . They don’t work according to time and its really bad service
It's a good place for sick people..
Must say the service is picking up
Its ok but public parkings are not up to standard
