WOW! The customer service and value for money of this florist is beyond expectation. They even wrote all our wishes in a card and added a ribbon to the bouquet. I will DEF recommend this florist. Look at the advertisement and the bouquet my mom received. It is even bigger and prettier than the advertisement. Thank you very much for great service.

They made a beautiful bunch of flowers for my daughter while waiting,. The lady that welcomed us and gave us options was helpful and patient. The lady that prepared the flowers did a great job.

Brilliant service from Eros.  Louise was extremely helpful with the planning of our floral arrangements for our dinner.  She did a mock-up for us beforehand and the centre pieces produced on the day were better than we could have hoped for.  Absolutely would recommend.

Perfect service, and you get all types of packages. Delivery it's quicker when you place you order earlier, all my orders where delivered within 8hrs. And the quality of the chocolates it's lit. And your are constantly updated with the progress of your package. I give it 10 stars. 5 doesn't make justice.

I dropped in here unexpectedly and they took such great care of me. I absolutely should have planned a bit better for an anniversary, but they made me feel right at home and had me out the door in 20 min or so with a custom bouquet. Ill definitely be back!

This is the place to go when purchasing flowers for any occasion. Ranging from new born flower gifts, birthdays, all functions, valentines day gifts, graduations, funerals and more. Succulents are also available and I recommend visiting the shop to see the wide variety on display. The shop offers a cosy seating area where visitors can sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee, tea, cold drinks, sandwiches, wraps, cakes muffins and soup. The shop also offers delivery to your home. This shop has been around for years and you are guaranteed to receive excellent service.

I ordered flowers online from Eros florist and they delivered them  on time. They delivered them to my mother in the hospital and she said they were absolutely beautiful even the doctor commented on them. Wonderful to receive such great service!

I used Eros frequently and stand in awe with the quality of their flowers that they produce. Not only is the flowers fresh and in pristine  condition, the artistic and tasteful way that the flowers are presented in their arrangements are classic breathtakingly beautiful. The service is beyond what I expected. I dealt with Louise from the start, she is amazing in understanding my exact needs, have the profound ability to produce a product that really satisfies. Louise is a person with a pleasant and understanding spirit, and her work is evident of that. I recommend Eros Florist with great confidence and joy.

Eros is absolutely amazing.  I regularly order flowers from them for family back in South Africa and they have never let me down. Their bouquets are beautiful and incredible value for money. They always include an array of  different and quite exquisite flower combinations with timely and very friendly delivery. Can't rate them highly enough.
