Good service and very convenient store for school uniforms and bags. I just think a better system is to be put in place during the peak times because it's not okay to stand in a queue for over an hour just for exchanges.

The worst service I've ever experienced. My wife waited for over an hour to exchange two skirts. The store is very dark and dreary. The staff is not cooperative when I comes to complaints. I will not shop there again.
