Our vehicle has been booked in at Estate panelbeaters, we waited for the parts to be imported. The parts came i had to phone myself to follow up on the status of my car , Oscar doesn't return your phone call, they didnt keep me updated on the car, everyday they have a different story on why my car is not finished and lame excuses. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with!

Went there to ask if they can assist repairing my car. The lady at the reception said they won't be able to help me, without giving me a reason. I was disappointed, but it's okay.

And more, car was stolen and damaged. They replaced lights front and back, inside door panels, most outside body work, resprayed. Kept me informed ongoing basis. Did excellent job, basically car looks like new. Many thanks, can really recommend your servicesServices: Painting

A waste of time, I had an issue with one door, they told me the can only replace both doors. Unbelievable, I found a panel beater who was able to fix my door in 30 min for 350. Please inbox me if you need the direction to the good panelbeaters.

Have been unfortunate enough to need their services 3 times over the years. The work spraypainting etc is excellent and the staff incredibly friendly and supportive in your time of woe. On my last visit there was a small mix up between what I ordered and what I got, and they went out of their way to sort out the problem amicably. As far as panel beaters go I would recommend them.
