Unprofessional when it comes to dealing with family conflict. Aided in fraud and allowed a patient to be taken away to a filthy home with manipulative people who showed up for the patient only during decline.
My Dad's lived his last week here. I was very pleased with the staff. I think they did a great job to keep him comfortable. They put a new shirt on him every day. They always repositioned him. Thank you !!
My mom spent her last days here. They treated her with such compassion. They definitely helped her go in grace
My aunt was there and so was my uncle they were so nice to our family when we was there visiting with our loved one that we did not know how much longer we would have with her. I would like to think the staff there for taking good care of my aunt from the time that she was there and the time that she passed they were very wonderful and a nice hospice house that all the families can be there to see their family members. They are nice and if a person doesn't have long to live its good . But it could be improved on if a person want to be have quality of life.
A year ago the staff were the best in every way. I thank them for all they did. And the pizza when i lost my card. Again thank for everything.
The hours are not really correct. They are if you are enrolling and need an Administrator, otherwise, it is open for visits 24/7 if you want to see a hospice patient.
They have a bunch of great staff there, they are are all very caring and compassionate.
