My Colleague's van was broken in to and they took his belongings. Everything was captured on CCTV and the culprit took his time with was he was doing, he jumped through an Electric Fence that they switched off coz it "Consumes Electricity"Rooms: 1/5
I left the place this morning wow the place is very nice and safe. Also the service is good and no destpence from the staff. Somebody knocked from my room at around 01:00 in the morning. I arrived at around 16:00 but I'm surprised when they don't know about me while I paid deposit and sent them a proof of payment. But they do apologize and I accepted. I can call again
It's really not a bad place. I prefer the garden/pool facing rooms.The only downside is that other guests who chill at the pool lapa make noise.. In our case it was until after midnight on both nights. The guy at Reception was really helpful. The cleaning lady with dreads needs to be trained on how to interact with guests. She has a horrible attitude. Otherwise it wasn't a bad stay
The place is neat and beautiful, we loved the service. My fiance wasn't impressed with the fact that we had to ask for towels and there was no air conditioner, the mist fan in the room wasn't working. But the friendliness of the guys that was assisting us made up for everything.
I wasn't happy with the experience at all. The facilities were not upto standard. The TV was not working no Dustin in the room, not enough towels. When I went to the office it was already closed and locked and tried to contact reception several times. It's located in a good area and I think they need to up the standard a bit to accommodate/attract all guests.
Had a good night here. The room was beautiful and neat. The bathroom was clean and modern. The reception was friendly. The wifi didn't work but it should be fixed by now. There is a TV in the room with 6 or 8 channels. Breakfast is available at R55, however I didn't take it. Every unit has a security gate. There is inside parking. It's very well situated, Savanna mall and a few other places are a few minutes drive from there. I have one problem with the place, even though it is is in a good neighbourhood, it would be best if they had a security guard.
Room7 shower leakage... Almost drawn the bathroom. They used a white sole tape to solve the leakage problem and was still not solved. Otherwise, clean, neat and safe. Please get a proper plumber for room7. I was there few days ago.
The stuff are very friendly, the rooms are always clean, very refreshing atmosphere when you are relaxing I love they place is amazing
Worst place I've stayed at, it's 03h20 and my neighrbours are still banging the speaker which, mind you, they got from reception. No contact numbers to report the noise, little to no hot water. WORST PLACE EVER!!!Rooms: 2/5
They need to improve their standard. Room 8 was smelling urine and the blankets were dirty, tv remote not working no chair and table to sit. Their reception is not welcoming at all. It is a nice place mara thanks to Tshwarelo for welcoming us and gave us clean blankets. Keep it up my brother. U have a good heart and patience. I will come back and refer other people to book your place but please make sure that u keep ur rooms clean and fresh.
