I have never been so unhappy about my brows, I normally let Amaal do my brows, it is always perfect as requested bold and a curve but today I got someone else, middle aged, skinny and glasses. She made me look like a joke when I walked out and I told her what to do and she still decided to do her own thing, it is not the first time she does what she thinks is best for the client. I have been doing my brows at this business for years and have always looked perfect, but today I have never felt so deformed in my face, because of my brows.Service: Waxing

I came for a toddler earring piercing and all the staff were so helpful and kind. As a toddler, naturally she was moving around and it was difficult to get her to sit still. Everyone was so patient and took their time to calm her down and make sure they do a good job. What's nice is that they do the ear piercing using two therapists so the earrings are both in at the same time. This was great because then the process is done quickly. The therapists were very gentle so she barely cried, and when she did, the ladies comforted her so nicely. It was such a pleasant experience, and has made me definitely want to visit the studio again for other treatments. Thank you Jeni's staff for making this experience a positive core memory for me :

I used to love Jeni’s Hollywood wax… but the last couple times I’ve been, the process felt rushed and awkward. The way I was told where to put my things down, what to do to get ready etc. Got on the bed, and then the door just opened- no knock! Adds to the rushed feeling. Strips of wax could be a little thinner too. When asked if I wanted the back done, I was told to roll onto my stomach and “support”. Very uncomfortable and awkward! Last but not least, I still have some spots of hair which where not checked for usually there is some tweezing and not enough of the after gel was applied. Went for a Brazilian/Hollywood wax at Jeni's with beautician, Kay. The place is safely nestled in Eikestad mall and offers many beauty treatments incouding nail and body. The wax took about 35 minutes, and Kay was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Felt very comfortable. Cost for Hollywood is R260... Other prices are also really fair.

Most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a salon! Had my nails done in gelish and they’ve been on for over 4 weeks with absolutely no chipping!! And the waxing is extremely professional and quick literally 5 minutes for a Hollywood!, with absolutely no pain. Can definitely recommend Jeni’s and I will always be going here whenever I am in Stellenbosch!

My new salon, it took 4 years to find somewhere I could get a great environ facial. The nail technicians are fab too. Highly recommend
