Received a great service from them and great guy called James. He is very passionate and would recommend this to anyone who’s looking to be treated well.

We were welcomed with open arms, paid over R8000 for the tuxedo, shirt, shoes and ties. When we arrived tma week later for final fitting, the oants was still too big, when we asked why it was not adjusted as per the measurements taken the attitude was it was adjusted. They then said they will adjust we must go back in an hour. Got there after an hour and was greeted with hostility. I will never recommend this branch and are also causious towards Eurosuit in general.

I just bought two tuxedo shirts at Eurosuit. The staff really went above and beyond and provided a world class service. I also bought bow ties and pocket squares. They need to start selling proper leather belts. I will be back.

Just 0aid R1300 for the worst experience and trousers to be altered and still dont fit. Raised my concern to multiple staff members who have a absolutely "dont care" attitude. Even the manager ran to the back closed the door and hid. Considering ive spent over R7000 in the last week in the store, the least one would expect is the minimum required customer service. Cancelled all my orders and walked out, never to return... even have to go pay again for alterations to fix the mess this store made.  Im socked that a company would have this low standards

Fully staffed and no one really helps. I went back for the final fitting, the trousers where to big. When I finally got a size that fit, about 1 hour later, I was told that they don't have the size available, and I left with a 46 instead of a 48.  I even mentioned that I was unhappy, but no one was phased by it.  Next time I am considered for groomsman, I will decline if I have to go back to Eurosuit.  I contacted Rivonia, they are sending the correct size. Pitty, the Parkview branch couldn't make the effort to give me what I want.

So dissatisfied with euro suit parkview. When viewing the suits the service was excellent but 3 days later when picking up the paid for hired suit, we received a dirty un ironed shirt. After complaining about that my husband was given a brand new shirt that was unwashed and not ironed. We explained to the ladies assisting us when we needed the tuxedo and they had 3 full days to get everything ready as we spent an hour fitting with them prior to picking up. Very expensive for such cheap service.

Amazing suits they have there! Great service from floor staff

Came for Matric Farewell booking of suit on 13 August, paid account in full. When arriving on 27 September for final fit,what chaos. Nothing is ready. Jacket way to big. Fitted Jacket 3 times . Shirt not the same as fitted . Staff running around. Why not get everything ready the day before? You know exactly who is picking up what orders.

Such shocking service! Went on 2 separate days to buy suits for my son and my husband.  Staff not particularly attentive, trying to assist a few customers at the same time. Went to pick up the suits after alterations - both suits were poorly tailored 2 different tailors - the one leg on the one suit was tighter than the other, and on the other suit, the hems were simply folded up about 13cm and then sewn, but the sewing could be seen on the outside. Took them back and had them redone. Staff not particularly interested in assisting! Proper management is required if this business is to survive.

Nonnie was great in helping my son with his matric farewell suit! Friendly and patient. She let him feel as if he was the most important customer
