I wasn't happy with their service the time I went there, they lied to me that McDonald's application is not working only to find out that it's working. They took long to bring food they delayed kids toys we have to beg for them to bring otherwise the food was not bad at all. They need to improve on customer service, communication and friendlyness.
They are extremely slow in rendering service, they never see urgency in informing customers in advance on things that are not available on the menu and staff was not friendly. As soon as they can get another competitor they will pull up their socksFood: 1/5
4th time disappointed hoping things will improve. I left my paid coffee there and gave the food away because was made 10 minutes prior to me getting to the window and the staff will act as if you are crazy for pointing out the wrong things they are doing. I just flushed R218 because of terrible service. I wouldn't be surprised if this store is not meeting the targeted GP
What an excellent service we got, load shedding tried it's luck but back up kicked in. That was a quick response to Eskom by McDee Big up to evaton McDonald's.Food: 4/5
I bought grand spicy chicken and guess what the whole crew shouted " tell that person Grand spicy cook for 6 mins " in a rude way I even asked myself do they even know the SOS Procedure/ experience of future ? and again the store is so dirty for a crew who put on make up and having attitude. If I was a store manager I would fire everyone there.
They are very slow in rendering the service. Drive thru took us atleast 1hr 20min to get our food. Improvement is required here.Service: 1/5
Went via the drive through and pedestrians was ordering with cars. So the cars had to wait for the pedestrians... some other cars left and never ordered. Not a pleasant experience....Food: 4/5
This has to be the worst service one van ever get, you wait in the drive thru for over an hour and by the time you get to order they don't have certain things or they are offline and only take cash. My opinion would be that this place closes down cause they are very useless. I would never recommend anyone to go spend their hard earned money there.
friendly staff, quick service and my mom enjoyed her Mcfeast, sadly I couldn't afforded two but the smile and satisfaction on her face as she was enjoying her meal was enough for me. Thank you McD.
Drive Thru experience we got our orders very fast customer service was good and the food was enjoyable.
