What an awful experience at Everlast Hardware..Bought a globe which was incorrect.tried to return and was told according to their policy electrical cannot be returned.Over the phone the gentleman who refused to give his name was absolutely rude and arrogant and slammed the phone down..I went directly to him to tell him that is not how you speak to a person..i do understand the policy but mannerism towards me was atrocious.Please do not shop there.he is rude as he does not know how to handle customers and complaints..will definitely report to consumer council..

Even though it was first sunny day after KZN the floods. I got the GOOD service while they were recovering from bad weather.

The prices are good but the outside services are poor the loadings guys are slow
