The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Even the staff member where the do the cutting and assembling gave excellent service and provided small off cuts we needed to find perfect match for our existing wood.

Sales people very good, cash office very good. Once outside to get assistance to get the stuff loaded, absolutely nobody to help. Pathetic. I eventually loaded my wood myself after asking sales just to point me to the storage place of my wood. No excuse for poor service.
