What a fabulous practice right in the heart of Sandton CBD - easy walk from my office. A professional setting with a team that was first class all the way from start to finish. The exam was thorough and the technology impressive. I particularly liked all the explanations and information shared through the examination. I was a difficult candidate for the uptake of multifocal's and yet Asher was very patient - extending his assessment to incorporate my visual needs, personal preferences as well as personality and behavioural nuances - my glasses were tailor made for me which made it so much easier to finally wear multi vocals. I have been with Asher Daniel for a couple of years now and have such great trust in him that I have referred many family and colleagues.
Best optometrist in Sandton, JHB. My family has now all found their glasses through this optometrist and they will continue to get our business. Why? Because they offer excellent customer service, especially via their very patient frontline staff member, Petronell. Great customer service will always win the day, SA businesses -- take note!
After my cataract operation last year November, my focus never returned. Last week I decided to go see an Optician to see if they can come up with a solution. With so many to choose from and all with special offers it wasn't an easy decision. I ended up making an appointment at Specsavers, Woodbridge in Kempton Park because of their proximity to me. As consumers we don't often get an opportunity to show gratitude for service rendered. From reception to meeting the Optometrist Renelle, who went out of her way to test and explain the problem to me. She was above and beyond excellence. Friendly helpful and a very knowledgeable member of Specsavers. Renelle needed a specialised OCT scan done and booked me an appointment to go through to Execuspecs at The Marc in Sandton. Here again I was met by a very friendly receptionist and then met Asher the Optometrist who turned out to also be the owner of Execuspecs and quite a few of the Specsavers outlets in various areas. Asher went out of his way to test my eyes on the OCT scanner and to explain my problem to me. He then proceeded to design lenses to overcome my problem. Very thorough and patient to come up with the perfect lenses. I feel compelled to highly recommend these professionals as this type of service seems to have died in South Africa. The optometrist is really good. They use hi-tech equipment and the service is 5 star. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here and I would highly recommend this optometrist. Despite the name, they are great with kids and have a really nice kids range of eyewear.
