Very nice staff! Asked for flames, lady said yes and then asked the young man to do them instead - no problem all good. Only disappointment was that no cuticle care etc was included and they’re not very strong nails. Pictures are take only 6 days after appointment. The black is faded or scratched on almost all nails :/ will probably try again because they were so nice and quick, still recommend for simple nails if you’re not familiar with area.Service: Manicure
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and don’t go to any other nail shops! There is always a lovely friendly environment and they are all very talented too. Minty and her family have done an amazing job over all these years!
The service in this nail shop is appalling I paid for a full set of acrylics and the nail varnish is already coming off from the tips in 1 day, they rush when doing your nails as they want to squeeze in as many customers as possible therefore not finishing off the nails properly. They ask what shape you want and colour and always try to make you buy the more expensive stuff the price is £25 for the full set and before they would cut the cuticles and spend about 15-20mins not including drying time and now it’s more like a 10min unfinished rushed job I don’t recommend this place at all will go to another nail shop in Roman RoadService: Manicure
Friendly family business. I've tried all of the nail salons not counting the new ones that opened recently in and around Roman - EB is by far my favourite. The colours are popping, great location, stick to your appointment time and friendly staff. Only go here now. I'm disappointed everywhere else.
Disappointed. Been attending this salon for decade + on and off...but feel like I'm going to try elsewhere for several reasons: Asked for a very simple design on my nails and told no, not able to do...would understand if it were not for fact that they can do some stunning designs on nails especially the young man who works there. They are not treating cuticle anymore as part of service cut down, push back etc They are rushing despite booking appontment everytime I attend, nails have been left bumpy with unprofessional finish. The top coat turns yellow after a week despite not partaking in any habits that commonly stain nails smoking, tumeric etc.
New to the area and so was very optimistic at first, as I have tried a few salons in the area already as wasn’t too pleased. I didn’t have an appointment, just walked in but didn’t have to wait too long. Overall I was very impressed with my nails, I got a full set with some swirl design on and got lots of compliments from my family and friends! Will be back!

I loved this salon but the past 2 months that I have had my nails done ive been left so disappointed that i will now be using an other nail shop they have broke they have risen and the are not even put on straight p
