I have been going to this car wash for about 2 years and have been on their loyalty programme to even quality for free car washes. Their customer service *was* great under the previous manager. For instance When it rained immediately right after a car wash was done, the previous manager would have the exterior of car cleaned free of charge as a good gesture because he understood no one plans to inconvenience themselves with rain after a wash. This only happened once to me. When it happened again under the new manager, he wanted to charge me for it and dismissed the fact that I was a loyal customer that didn’t forsee the rain. That poor customer care and inconsideration has costed them business of 3 cars that would get washed twice a month like clockwork 6 washes, all that for R70.

It was sadly becoming a shabby car wash to visit. But decided to go one last time today 03 May 2023. To my pleasant surprise it has new owners who have cleaned the business up. Which is great as their prices have always been one of the best. So I will remain a future customer

Very UNHAPPY. I paid R720.00 this included a chassis wash engine bay and a full inside and outside wash. Car was there for 5 hours And my roof wasn't washed outside. Interior was still full of beach sand even after i complained to manager Who obviously doesn't care about customer service the car still has sand in. Absolutely disgusting and overpriced!

Been a customer for 2 years and always happy with their work. After today I am not impressed. Took a gold wash and there were parts that they did not even clean properly. This is not the level of service that you get from this place, it was always great attention to detail. Now just feels like they dont care anymore.

Had an appointment for 8am, I arrived on time and was told my car would be ready by 4:45pm latest. I was quoted R1,400 for a valet, roof lining clean, leather seats clean and headlight polish. When I arrived early at 4:15pm the car interior had not been cleaned yet and it was not polished yet. I sat and watched for the next 1 1/2 hours how only the back bumper of my car was polished twice and the interior vacuumed. Staff were standing around, chatting, strolling around the premises. The supervisor was safely inside his cubicle. By 5:45 my patience ran out. I went to inspect the car. Parts of the boot hadn't been vacuumed, the tools underneath my boot liner had just been chucked back instead of being put in their places, the inside of my windscreen had dirty rag marks everywhere, the leather seats looked dirtier than when I left it and the top of my windows still had a 2cm crust of dirt on them, they were never cleaned. When I pointed these things out to the supervisor he suddenly wanted to 'fix it quickly' but there was nothing that could be fixed in a few minutes. Oh, and not only was my entire car not polished, I have removed several dirt and other marks from the car myself when I got home. An entire huge waste of money. Stay away.

5 star service! The ladies who cleaned and detailed my vehicle at bay 12 were amazing. Friendly and made us feel like royalty. I recommend them over any other car wash in the East!Services: Scratch removal

Professional organized but crazy busy. They cleaned my car with speed and efficiency. Even though I have car washes closer to home I will happily drive there again. Prices to me are very reasonable

Waiting 3 and a half hours for them to wash my car. There is some kind of tree sap on my bonnet and they charged me an additional R300 to remove it.
