Booked myself and kids for treatments today. Arrived to an unfriendly reception. Massages were done by clearly inexperienced staff. Younger girls complained their therapists had long nails and it hurt them at times. My massage turned out to be a light rub by a therapist that appeared to not have done it before. No interaction in terms of allergies, pressure points or aroma therapy preferences an over all waist of time and money.
Service was great, the best will definitely come again.
The outlook is nice, but the service at the massage spa wasn't to the expectation set. The welcome wasn't warm. The ladies weren't communicating anything. I had three services booked none of them took the time they stated. The massage technique: Pressure wasn't consistent some areas too hard, some areas too light, and some areas were not given equal attention one hand/leg was focused on longer than the other. The room as a bit cold as well. On my way out I could hear the ladies at reception were already discussing about me and my partner.
The place looks amazing, gives you a sense of calm and the staff looked coordinated. However, even though I was late for my appointment, I did not feel a warm welcome, the ladies at the reception seemed uninterested and they didn't have smiles or rather welcoming faces.
Terrible experience we had yesterday,the place is unhygienic not clean at all,what a waste of time
My husband booked for me but on arrival I was few minutes late the worst place ever they care less about their clients they were so rude especially the skinny lady at the reception she's the rudest and unwelcoming will never recommend them to anyone, u can just fill they pro white, I recommend Emerald Spa
