I have bought my dream overlocker/covermachine combo at Bernina. Excellent and helpful service and the owner ask me a few question to help me in my final decision on what machine to buy according to my skills level. I have bought the Bernette B35 and B48 machine and the product training done by the owner was very good and I could do it easily at home.Very helpfull and friendly staff.8
Very bad experience, I asked for advice on what to do with my machine, because I live about 200km's from kimberley. I was very rudely told to just bring in the machine! Overall very rude customer service, they will not be getting my support.

I had two trousers adjusted and the result was fantastic. Price was reasonable and no long wait. Highly recommended.
