Arrived from Cape Town and had to collect my bike. Wow what awesome staff. The greeting was warming and inviting. The store is well stocked and each department has a specialist to assist you in the best option. What I love is the owner gave advice on the best fit and suitable item I needed and did not go for the highest price. Real attention to detail and wants customer retention.
Absolutely love this dealership. All the staff are a pleasure to work with and the owner Nathaniel is hands on and friendly.
I popped in on Friday pub holiday to fit a set of new Mitas tyres to my bike. Rui and his staff were EXCELLENT and went the extra mile. They washed my rims put new rim tape on and then proceeded to lubricate my bike chain and Q20 my stand as well. Their service was above and beyond and the price was the best. I would recommend them to any one.
Excellent service. Friendly people. Awesome products......and free coffee Booked my Duke for it's 1st service. A few hours later it was ready to be fetched, sparkling clean again. Thanks to Skye and the service people for another awesome experience at Fast KTM!
Good service. The salesman by the gear is very helpful and knowledgeable. Gear is of good quality. Other staff is not that friendly. Servicing is done on time without errors.
Bought my first KTM after years of owning only Honda and BMW bikes. The bike came from KTM PE with a minor oil leak and because I live in Pretoria they organized with FAST KTM in Alberton to fix it. Received great service from Skye and they even took the initiative to rewire the spotlights and change the coolant while they were at it. They also added a quality KTM tank protector sticker at no extra cost. Although FAST is 70km from my house in Pretoria and two other KTM dealerships are close by, I won't mind taking my bike there in the future.
Excellent service Fast helped a lot with our 2 ktms 15k service and they made sure to finish it to give us enough time to drive 400km back home Definitely recommended
