I lost both my parents in les than a year and a half. With both of them i experiencenced the best professional help ever. They where very helpful and so understanding. The staff is very friendly. I recommend that everyone should use fuleni funerals. Pricing is good and service is the best. Thank you fuleni and your staff for all your help
Worst experience with Fuleni funerals. During the service in church they came and measured the casket with a measuring tape. When we got to the grave site, the grave was not big enough. So in short they did not know how big the casket were and they did not make sure the grave was big enough. We had to dig the grave bigger in pouring rain and mud. Burrying a parent is bad enough and then having to deal with an incompetent funeral service was just a horendous experience. Never use them.
I am disappointed with there service. Did not deliver what was promised. The price I paid would of expected better. The so called coffin my grandson ashes were put in does not even look like a coffin it is just a box put together looks like a child's work in wood work at school. Really disgusted will not recommend them
From the day my dad passed and they collect him at home till the day we put him to rest, they help us and and stood by us , the service they did was awesome and were up late to get get everything right , could not ask for beter , and will use them again thanx alot u guys , u like family
The Lady there Zibi answered all my questions and was a fantastic help a true asset at a company that has to deal with us at the worst of times. I definitely will be using Fuleni
