I have had two experiences with David's Bridal. One was in 2019 when I attended to choose my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. When we were arrived we were greeted by a very helpful assistant who supported us in our choices and gave advice as we tried on dresses. It was a positive experience and it was a great way to try on different styles as they have lots of choice to choose from. Today was a completely different experience when I took my bridesmaids to try dresses on. I told the receptionist that I had arrived and then an assistant told us to look at dresses we liked. From that point onwards we were completely on our own with no help, advice or support. We took the dresses we liked to the changing room and tried them on, and I had to clip the dresses for my bridesmaids and assist them. We took turns in going out to get different dresses as no one was assisting us in any way possible and due to the closing of the store was told that what was on the rails was what was available and nothing more.
I have been to a further two appointments at David's Bridal and each one of then was really special. I ended buying my wedding dress from another place and two days before the wedding I was not sure If I was comfortable in it. So less then 48 hours before my wedding I called David's Bridal again and they managed to book me in for the next hour. Emma M was my consutant and she was amazing. She did manage to find the perfect dress for me and to book my dress in alterations last minute! Next day I went to alterations twice, once in the morning to try and pin the dress so they could work on my dress for the day. I picked up my dress on the same evening and the dress was perfect, thanks to Shaz and Ernie. On my wedding day my husband kept saying how amazing my dress was and all the guests complimented me and said that that dress was the perfect dress for me. I have all of that thanks to David's Bridal Staff for working so hard and making me feel very special on my wedding day.
Really had a good experience at my bridal appointment. I was after a long sleeved wedding dress, there weren’t many but tried on a couple. Found a dress that I quite liked, looked better on than on the hanger, but will come back to store to purchase as I came on my own this occasion. Service was great and the store was beaut.
What a joyful, effortless, and supportive experience we had at David's Bridal Trainyards Ottawa!!!!! The team there makes you feel loved, valued, and seen. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with not only your dress - but your whole shopping experience. Special shout out to Jenny who helped me and my mom through the maze of amazing choices! Jenny is kind, thoughtful, fun, informative and SO helpful! She made me feel so comfortable, gave time and space so that we could make an informed choice of dress and accessories, Jenny is stellar !!!And kudos to Connie for leading the way and creating such a positive atmosphere to everyone who enters Connie took the time out of her incredibly busy day to share insight with us, make us laugh, and generally rock at supporting anyone who comes into the store. Manager extraordinaire!!!!! Thank you to all of you. I definitely recommend coming here for all your bridal needs
Amazing shop with marvellous dresses and fantastic staff! They have dresses for every price range and their staff is so kind you will have an unforgettable experience. Booked an appointment to try a wedding dress and didn't know what to expect, I was alone and not too confident about my body but my personal stylist Rhianna made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride ever and helped me out through all our time together. I managed to find a fantastic dress within my budget and left the shop extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you!!!
Unlike many brides, I was dreading the moment of going to the bridal shop, but David’s bridal made this experience so nice and pleasant, just like a movie. I particularly want to thank Francesca for her expertise, sharp eyes, and kind and warm attitude, she made me feel like almost any dress can be my dress with a bit of creativity and imagination and altering, of course! . Loved it, said “yes” to the dress I tried first after trying another 20 dresses best experience!
Nyra was the most helpful and kind stylist. She left me to try on the dresses without me feeling rushed or pressurised. She found shoes for me and was super patient as I had a call with my mum. Thank you for a wonderful stress free day! You were amazing!
Sarah Was a Star Consultant! Had a fab time at David's bridal choosing a dress for a winter ball. We had great fun at our appointment, our consultant Sarah was very helpful but also great at making us feel comfortable in the store. There were so many nice dresses to choose from and I left with a dress and an accessory which I'm so happy with and can't wait to wear. My sister who I brought for advice/fun was really looked after too. Thank you Sarah, and thank you David's bridal in Westfield! :
I had a wonderful time at my appointment yesterday and would highly recommend David’s Bridal. The whole process was daunting but I was given lots of advice and kind words which was very helpful. Fran was lovely and very knowledgable about the products and measurements so my mind was put at ease. My friends and I had a great time and I wish we could do it all over again!
Had my 1st Bridal appointment today in Stratford store with Imogen as my stylist. I could rate this place more highly, it is absolutely beautiful inside and out as well as the amazing customer service. Imogen was so helpful when it come to styles that suit me & the manager really opened my eyes to a dress that I fell in love with. Will definitely be back soon for my second appointment.
