Our Wellness Center is focused on providing a supporting service for anyone who needs / wants to improve their health / lifestyle / weight.

We run the Look Good Feel Good Center on a part time basis ~ after hours ~ to give members of the center a place & platform to get together weekly to evaluate and CELEBRATE the results of their efforts!

We do a FREE weekly full body analysis of every member who attends to measure and give feedback on the following details.

I phoned the hotel before making booking as my family and I would be arriving late in the evening. The reception was friendly and assured me that they would be able to welcome me at any time. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and shown our rooms even though we arrived at around 23:00. My family and I enjoyed our stay and were satisfied and happy with the rooms, sizes and bed options. The next morning we had an amazing breakfast filled with numerous options. My family and I would go back to this hotel due to the amazing service, clean, beautiful rooms and amazing breakfast. Thank you for the amazing service.
Our first visit was for Christmas lunch 2022 - it was AMAZING! We were so impressed and it exceeded our expectations. The food looked and tasted delicious. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. My favourite was definitely the pavlova - if it were socially acceptable, I would have brought a container to take some home because I've been dreaming about it since then We'll definitely recommend having a meal here and we'll be back for more! Thank you for all the effort put in to arranging this.
Amazing place to be. Sure quality service. Friendly staff. Always smiling there is no dall day or moment. The food is excellent. The rooms are clean and definitely 3 star comfort. The location is perfect. It is in town and shops and malls, including tourist attractions points/ places are nearby. Absolutely amazing. Good people. Good thinking. Good feeling. Very standard neat hotel rooms. Tv has a rather limited set of channels. Breakfast restaurant is neat and the food is good. Lovely bar area. Excellent, friendly service.Rooms: 4/5
Enjoyed Christmas Lunch this year 2022 at this Hotel and the spread & service went way beyond and above our expectations. This was true value for money and already looking forward to Mothers Day, Fathers Day............. and Christmas Lunch 2023.Service: 5/5
If you are a person used to comfort, and superior services you will be disappointed by the Bon Hotels feel, location, traffic in the lifts bell ringing none stop, restaurant felt like i was in a backpackers place... But if you are looking a place just to sleep for a cheap price and move on then i guess you can take your chances....Rooms: 2/5

I stayed here while waiting for my flight and was a pleasant surprised because after splurging and having a nightmare stay at a fancy place I decided to stick to more affordable accommodation - so I can't tell you how happy I was to discover that the room, location, amenities and especially the breakfast and services *far exceeded my expectations* ...I even had a wonderful view of the city and sunrise to start my day! Although it is located in central Bloemfontein, there is an airport shuttle that can get to the airport in about 10-mins, so this location was way more convenient for meeting colleagues, and there is an ATM as well as a range of shops just steps away. Staff were super welcoming & helpful. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. I had free wifi along with a desk and chair to work at. A great shower and comfortable bed for a pleasant night's sleep and an amazing breakfast - so grateful for all of this at a price I can afford! I will definitely stay here again when I return NB: yes the décor is dated & worn however after years of political upheaval, global economic strife and pandemic lockdowns I am glad to see they have prioritised services because it is clean, friendly and functional which is far more important to many of us than have a fancy place that is not
Once again we had a sumptuous breakfast. Moreover we have booked for their excellent Christmas lunch. Mokgadi gave us great table service and Dajana the events manager is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Their chefs are doing fabulous work.
No clean cutlery for guests, the servers and cooks tell you how much food you should take limiting our food portions , they also don't bring what you asked them to bring e.g i asked for a spoon and I never got it Rooms: 1/5
