I have been going to this Dischem since it became a Dischem a couple of years ago After my experience with Pharmacist Natasha today, I will never go back. She was extremely rude and patronizing  Really don’t understand how employees are allowed to tarnish the brand of a company when they are customer facing, with no consequences

Best service I have ever received at any Dischem. Smaller than any of the other stores I have been to but great service - friendly staff.

Their Business WhatsApp Service to OTC and Dispensary is awesome. No phones! Excellent service!  Send msg with pic of script collect when they say, or request repeats etc etc

Went in to purchase a product which I normally use. They then highly recommend a product to me and advise that it is much better than what I am using. The product they recommend is 4 times more expensive than the one that I normally use. I purchased it and used it once only to find that it's useless and doesn't help my condition at all. I returned to them and they refused to assist me or take responsibility that the product they sold me wasn't as excellent as they recommend. I lost my money and had to buy my normal product in the end.

I went to the clinic for help, I was seen immediately and treated professionally and with compassion, I really appreciate the wonderful service and friendly staff.

Have most items in stock. Seldom find updated pricing on the shelves especially when on promotion, rather check website. Store is clean, plenty of tellers when I visited most times. Overall not too bad but plenty room to improve.

Best service ever! Store is a little smaller than usual for a Dis-Chem but that makes it easier to find stuff. Friendly staff are always available to help find what you are looking for. On the odd occasion that there is a dispensary queue, it moves quickly. If you hate queues, phone in your order or send through via email and ask for delivery if you reside in the area. Otherwise collect at collections desk from a very friendly lady there who is quick, efficient and wears a smile throughout. I will never change stores!

i used to really love going to Dischem to get my essentials until  my recent visit one of the cashiers was very very RUDE. I was standing in the line waiting to pay at the till, there was another person paying at the first till once the person went away I went next, when I got to the till the lady started cashing up her till so I stood there waiting then when I asked is your till closed she said yes I am closing and you came here, I went to the next till to pay. please improve customer services its very disappointing how unfriendly that lady was towards me.

Staff are super friendly and help you so easily with product recommendations.  I love this branch in particular. The ambience is always inviting and friendly. The store is also well stocked.

No one cares or knows enough about products. Deliveries being unpacked, shoving and shifting boxes and customers are in the way. Frustrating shopping experience.
