I've been to this cinema 3 times and I've yet to have anything to complain about. The movies experience is super awesome you get the exact "BIG SCREEN" experience that we usually envision when going to the theatre. And it is consistent. Please keep up the good work

Great cinema, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just that the spice, vinegar and salt sachet are kinda small compared to what we used to. Just hope there was a way to have the sachet in different sizes for different people
Had to stand in a queue for 20 minutes to be served, only 2 cashiers. Upon being served there was a problem with the computer. Only cold drink they have is creme soda and shelves are close to empty. Behind the counter is a mess, a managed even almost slipped on all the left over popcorn that was on the floor. Bathrooms are SHOCKING. Looks like this place will be closing down quite soon.
The seat was broken and full of popcorn floor was also full of empty packets.
Customer service was terrible. My family signed up for loyalty cards so we could enjoy the benefits of going regularly. It has taken two months to activate these going every week and eventually we had to go to another mall to get them sorted out. Every time we went we got a different story and it turns out none of the information we were given was actually correct.
