Sadly 1 star is the least I can rate. FeverTree deserves a -5 stars. Don't recommend this for anyone. Statements don't add up and extremely poor customer service. If any service at all Poor people working here call this a job. Sies man!
Horrible Horrible Horrible experience poor quality furniture....I requested a paid up letter after I paid the amount which was mentioned in a letter. I sent pop to them requesting account be closed I was told I need to pay the new months installment.. no one was willing to listen or assist the furniture bought was such bad quality for celios never recommend celio furniture
Worst service. Requested for my refund after they processed it when I was already done with their payments. A week later thats when they confirmed the refund had been processed. I was told it will take 2 days to reflect and now 4 days later I still dont have the money in my account. I call everyday and I get told a different story. And today they tell me its going to take 7 to 14 days for the money to reflect, really!!
i did not do accounting or anything like that, but i have never seen a failed debit order added back to the statement, you never finish paying for the account, they charge admin fee and all sorts of ridiculous charges and they cannot even explain them. their service its KAK. AND THEY CLAIM THEY KNOW THEY DNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEIR SCAMMERS, THIEVES ALL SORTS OF THINGS SIES.
Had an account with them for 2 years. I settled the account and requested they remove the account off experien, trans union and compuscan with absolutely no luck what's so ever. They say they will log it yet on my score it shows I'm in arrears even though I have an account closure letter.
Honestly, I didn't even know I had an account with them, I bought something on credit at Kloppers, and when I asked to pay extra per month, then only Kloppers told me they have nothing to do with my account. It got me really worried, because now I made debt with people I have no knowledge off. I have seen how companies like this can make your life a mess. You make debt with them through someone else, then you can never get hold of them, and end up paying way more in time. But my experience with FTF were awesome, I called them for a settlement amount, I got that, from very friendly staff, I contacted them again for a letter to confirm my account is paid up and closed, next day I got it.... Friendly staff, no hassles to get things done. Very few companies still got that, you normally struggle for months to close accounts. So thanks FTF for great service.
Retains all your information even if you did not agree to their terms and conditions, and stopped the process half way... then they email you with all your details telling you that you have been "pre-approved" no thanks. I am out! Edit: They now called me and told me that I gave them my information and agreed to them keeping it by pressing "next" on the Spec-Savers website where it states: "By clicking "Next" you give FeverTree Finance permission to perform required credit checks" This is before any form of terms and conditions, any form of agreement on how my personal information will be used, before any costs etc. However as the lady that called me so sternly highlighted, she has my banking information, that I "gave" to them, and accepting terms and conditions is not required for them to commit to retaining all information provided up to that point, and proceed with multiple contact forms to get you onboard. As such do take care when filling in any forms produced by this company, as a simple button press where no fields, including giving banking information, are optional, you cannot proceed without GIVING all your information to them means they get to retain your information with access to it allowed readily for whoever might call you, even your bank details and other personal information you might want to keep more secure. I really feel uncomfortable with this, and might be hawking my bank for the next while for any fraudulent transactions due to my sensitive information being so readily exposed by me trying to open a Spec-Savers account. At least I am walking out of this process a little wiser, never again to fall into the same pitfall, and better understanding how processes apparently work.
I paid my account in full before it was due. They phoned me quickly to advise that they will back the debit order and I must not do a stop payment. Needless to say since then I can not get hold of them.
For some reason i got an sms telling me my debit order did not went through. I tried to contact them but after holding for 5 minutes i gave up. Poor service if you cannot even get hold of the accounts dept.
Avoid! After you take their credit there are all sorts of hidden clauses and I am sure not in line with the NCR
