We stopped on our way to our holiday apartment on 3 July 23. The fish burger were hard and soggy. Bun too small for large tasteless fish. Seems like fish was fried much earlier. Even chips not fried to order.lot of hype but didnt deliver. Premi NaidooFood: 1/5

We tried a couple of different takeaway places while we were on holiday at the South Coast. This was definitely the place with the best tasting hake we had out of all the places we visited. Some places were a bit cheaper only to find the portions were smaller or not tasting as good. If you want fish and chips, we would recommend this place as your go-to as it was the best value for money. They sell it either as a set combo, or you can buy it per weight. Keep in mind that the queue for the combo is different than the queue for the buying per weight. Parking: The parking was a bit busy and hectic when we were there during peak season.

Fifi’s:- First timer, bought your Fried Hake & Chips, what a disappointment, Fish dry, chips brown, can only describe it to OLD Oil … was terrible for R60.00 … at Fish-Aways you get ½/ ½ Rice & Chips with Hake, Coleslaw, Tartare Sauce, Tom Sauce/Vinegar for R62,90 … there is NO comparison … the same goes for Fisherman’s Belly in Sea Park, again, no comparison … well done Fish-Aways, Oribi Plaza!
