We pre booked a car through Sixt rental and collected from First Car. The staff and the branch particularly the supervisor - a lady whose name I can’t recall sorry! were helpful and friendly. The car was clean and had a full tank of petrol on collection. Prior damage was thoroughly assessed and we had no issues returning the vehicle to a different location Cape Town Airport. The invoice arrived quickly and the payment amount was correct. We would recommend and would use again.

This was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. We had to collect the car at 14:00, we arrived 13:55 just to find that there was no one. Phoned the number, person said the manager is 2 minutes away. He phoned me back after 5 minutes, said manager is still on her way, is 10 minutes away. Its been almost a half an hour, and we are still waiting...I will ne er make use of them again. Hope that I will still recieve the vehicle today !

I just would like to share my great experience with Lusanda and Riyaad at this branch and their manager Faranaaz on going out of their way in order to attend to my query. Thank you for your service.

Services was fast and efficient. Sneaky R95.00 contract fee that was not disclosed at time of quote and booking a month before collection cost them one star and when I queried it, they told me they disclosed it when I collected the vehicle. The car was pre-booked because of availability and they use this to force me to accept the additional charge, another two stars.

After-hours phone was off. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the car we hired was in good condition. We had a bit of trouble picking up the car on the set time, as we were traveling and there later than expected and sadly they were already closed. They had an After-hours number which we thought to try to arrange for the next day but that phone was switched off. Overall service was fine. My only complaint would be that the After-hours phone was switched off from shortly after they closed so it defeats the purpose of having it completely.

Not the best location busy street in Stellenbosch but excellent service.
