First Cut Johannesburg

I drove to First cut from Pretoria with the hope that they could made me 4 x blades while I wait. First cut said that they will E-mail me a quote, and that they will make the blades after payment. It is days after my visit and I am still waiting for the quotation. It seems that my 4 x blades is not enough money for First cut to take me seriously.

They do deliver according to your expectations and you get to tailor choose your band saw blade from the teeth per inch to the width and length of the blade and its made according to your specifications, but I would have loved frequent communication and updates especially after paying. You have to follow up on them. First Cut needs to improve on communication and updating customers especially after they have paid, even an email to say we have received your payment your order will be processed and delivered in the next 5 working days, that would go a long way in establishing trust

Absolute worst service. Still haven't had a response back on a quote I asked for a month ago. And no one will respond to their email service on their website. They have lost my business
