Trying make a booking on First Exchange web page but there is a fault with the webpage , i have pre booked a 2 bedroom suprime unit and now the web site is showing there is holidays in my cart but when i open my cart is says nothing found, call firts exchange and delt with a agent called Semi that told me there is no 2 bedroom suprime open , but the more i am telling her there is im my cart pre booked the more se is tray to second geust me and want me just to take any 2 bedroom unit, short of rude telling me i must must just use more point and book a second 2 bedroom unit as well. Why do you wanne tel me what to do, can firt exchange please get some that knows what they are doing to contact me and please sort out their website !!!!

First Exchange where magical holiday DO NOT happen like on there voice messages there website is useless, had a booking and did not want to check out cart then we bring it to first exchange attention then they say website under construction and will be working in end November. How useless Their words their promises don't match we can never get holidays through them, plus if website was under construction why dont they put it up on site and why send clients all false messages you can book dicounted holidays and specials deals for month then the website doesnt work and then u call and nothing is available. Rather send your clients the truth. False lying advertising First exchange / First resort. Do yourself a favor go with RCI they are best, they have got accommodation availability all the time beautiful choices to go too, website great.  First Exchange First Resort Bunch a waist of your money and stress levels, for years now they haven't had any availability for us anywhere I swear they are just there to take your levy money and then ensure no holidays available when I can gaurentee you there are lots of places with place to go stay at.  Been with family on RCI holidays because first exchange useless and not once have been let down, or turned down.  If you looking at buying time share go RCI money worth gaurenteed  First Exchange where magical holiday do not happen one hundred places you can go wrong. Vomit at the lies and false advertising

They never come back to you. Cannot book anything ever. Going back to RCI

Trying now for 2 months to book a holiday with no luck.  Send e-mail to contact me and no one phoned me.  Phoned more than 8 times and cannot get hold of anyone.

Just dealt with the rudest call agent called Simi. She was impatient and very reluctant to help. Please train your call agents better, First Exchange!

It is virtually impossible to book a holiday.  Availability .limited.  . I won't recommend to my friends
