Rather, move to a bigger bank. They only have 3 cubicles to assist you. Card collection and they cannot give a time how long you will wait.

Very high tech branch now. Even the ATM machines now allow you to tap your card, instead of having to insert it into the machines. Touch screen and everything.......

40 min plus waiting for a simple card collection

I try to stay as far away from bank branches in general. The few occasions that I do need to go and do something in-branch, it is always a frustration. There are usually long queues, and even simple things such as just collecting a card easily takes up more than an hour.

This branch is always so organized and the staff are always so helpful. Today, specifically, everyone went above and beyond to help me despite loadshedding, really appreciated it!

Slow. Incompetent. The atm swallowed my card because it was doing a random backup. I went there to get a new card, because off what happened. I asked them not to charge me for a new card because the machine was faulty not my card. They agreed. I still had to come back today to have a payment reversed because they still took money for that card. They took my money and wasted my time twice. I will be transferring to a new bank. I'm not even going to talk about banking costs. R8 to take cash from a ATM. R120 for a new card. Africa's first bank is clearly the most expensive aswell.

I had to collect my nww debit card. 6 counters to serve clients with only 3 open and working? Recd ticket indicating approx 5min waiting time. 22mins later still no action.Left without my card.

The services was quick and efficient! Friendly staff too. Besides that, the guy next to me at the counter didn't know it's his bday today, so the teller declared that to everyone in the store, then we said we need to sing for him. The entire FNB and clients sang for him. This is next level service lol!

Almost every time it's a struggle to just get the most basic of banking services. And then when you finally get some help, you have to sit and listen to 2 employees not busy helping people5 because they're having a big fight. Great job FNB

Opened a bank account for my son. They said 3 business days for him to collect his card.Then delivered the card to gis mother, that has no account, at a different address in a different city. And we've been struggling for weeks to get the card.. what's all the Did a doc's for if they send it to someone else.. even if the mother. She's not even in the same city!
